Major update to the NA216/eNA91 Marmoset Brain MRI datasets

We are pleased to announce a major update to the NA216/eNA91 Marmoset Brain MRI datasets (February 3rd, 2023).

Currently the two largest public marmoset brain MRI datasets, they have now been enriched with new data modalities for a subset of subjects.

About 200GB of new data has been added, including:

• Raw and transformed diffusion MRI data (DWI) for both in-vivo and ex-vivo brains.
• Raw and transformed rs-fMRI in awake and anesthetized states.

It is also noteworthy that these datasets are now licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY) – one of the most open licenses. Hence, widely allowing the sharing and reusability of this data in agreement with the FAIR Principles.
