New NA216/eNA91 Marmoset Brain MRI dataset

We are pleased to announce the public availability of the NA216/eNA91 Marmoset Brain MRI dataset on September 23, 2022.

This Brain/MINDS Marmoset Brain MRI Dataset is a comprehensive resource, which comprises multi contrast MRI images for animals aged between 1 and 10 years.
It includes brain MRI information of no less than 216 marmosets, 91 of which having corresponding ex vivo data, making it the largest public dataset worldwide at the time of its release!
