New Calcium Imaging dataset

This dataset contains neuronal activity data recorded by wide-field one-photon imaging from marmosets performing a classical conditioning task. The areas recorded include premotor, motor, somatosensory, parietal association, and auditory cortices. The dataset also incorporates the positions of the animals’ bodies, faces and eyes, based on DeepLabCut models running on the high-speed videos captured during the acquisition.
