In situ hybridization database
Our goal is to establish a genome-wide, high-resolution atlas of gene expression through out the common marmoset brain. We employ in situ hybridization (ISH) analysis to systematically analyze changes in gene expression over the course of postnatal brain development to adult stage. We anticipate that these data provide sufficient information to develop tools that allow us to reveal primate specific brain structure, function and connectivity.
